Hard to believe that you can conjure up this delicious recipe from only 6 simple ingredients:

  1. quark: We chose lean curd to save a few calories. Half-fat, full fat quark or a vegetable variant also fit well.
  2. Milk: Is the basis for the homemade protein -rich pudding. We once again reached a low -fat version. You can also choose between cow’s milk and herbal variants. Our tip: Soy and inheritance drinks have the highest protein content.
  3. Pudding powder vanilla: For the perfect, pudding -like consistency. If you like, you can also use the same amount of cornstarch plus vanilla aroma instead.
  4. Honey: Ensures a natural sweetness without sugar! If you want to enjoy the children Country Bowl as a dessert, you can use a little more sweetness.
  5. Daring chocolate: Brings the chocolate note to the children Country Bowl. Our tip: If you want to do without sugar, you can either use sugar -free chocolate or use 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (baked cocoa) instead!
  6. Puffed grain: For the typical children Country taste in the dessert! Our recipe consists of oat pops and is therefore gluten -free.

  1. Warm or cold: Whether you prefer to eat the recipe warm or cold is up to you. We like to eat the Bowl warm as a breakfast, as a dessert prefers to go straight out of the fridge.
  2. crispness: So that the oat pops remain nice and crispy and do not soften, you should only layer the dessert shortly before serving. The pudding can be well prepared so that you have done the layers in no time at all.
  3. Save calories You can by replacing the chocolate with unsweetened cocoa powder. In addition, the honey can be reduced, increased or replaced by erythritus/ stevia. For a higher protein content, you can also add some protein powder.

Information for 4 Portions

  • Hack the chocolate and set them aside.

    50 g of dark chocolate

  • Stir the vanilla pudding into the cold milk and boil the mixture with constant stirring until the mass thickens.

    800 ml milk, 2 packs of vanilla pudding

  • Stir the curd and honey into the pudding and try whether the pudding is sweet enough for you. Fill half of the puddings into 4-6 bowls or glasses.

    500 g of lean curd, 100 g of honey

  • Stir the chopped chocolate in the remaining warm pudding in the pot.
  • Put 1 tablespoon of cereal for the decoration and layer the dessert: Put the buzzed grain in the glasses with the light pudding. Then you distribute chocolate pudding. As the last layer, put some melted chocolate on it and distribute it on the surface. As a decoration, you put the next -time pops on it. Cool briefly in the fridge until the chocolate has become stuck and serve immediately so that the pops are still nice and crispy.

  • The recipe is suitable for 4 large breakfast portions or 6-8 small dessert portions. As a dessert we recommend a little more sweetness!
  • As a buffed grain, we chose the gluten -free pops with honey from the Bauck Mühle. The oat pops are of course sweetened with honey.
  • If you want to save a few calories, stir in 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder instead of chocolate.
  • So that the oat pops remain nice and crispy and do not soften, you should only layer the dessert right before serving.
  • As a breakfast we like to eat the recipe warm when dessert prefers to eat cold.
