Our homemade beetroot juice is full of fresh ingredients. We recommend that you pay attention to organic quality. If you think about what you could mix the beetroot juice with, you can also combine the juice with oranges or pears.

- Apple – Bring a pleasant sweetness and harmoniously rounds off the taste of the juice.

Admittedly, to make beetroot juice without a juicer is a bit more time -consuming – but not impossible.
Puree: Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree them as fine as possible.
Filter: Pour the mass through a fine -meshed cloth or a nut milk cloth to win the juice.
If the juice is too thick, some water can be added.

- Wash the vegetables and fruit, cut out the ends and possibly bad places and, if necessary, peel it (especially with conventional beetroot and ginger). Organic beetroot does not have to be peeled! Cut all ingredients into pieces that fit into the juicer.
3 beetroot, 2 apples, 2 carrots, 5 g ginger, ½ lemon
- Add the pieces alternately in the juicer, mix the juice briefly and enjoy it best fresh, for example with a few ice cubes.
Tips:
- If you don’t have a juicer, you can puree everything in a mixer and press through a fine-mesh sieve or a nut milk cloth.
- Rods colored strongly – caution with clothing and hands!
- You can use the pomace in cake or bread! In this case, you reduce the amount of fluid in the recipe.
