Ingredients

  • 500 G Beef meat
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • 2 Doses Tomato
  • 1 Tin Sultans mix Spice mixture
  • 1 handful Parsley freshly chopped
  • 1 TL Tomato
  • 3 Egg
  • 3 Tin olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Cut one onion fine and the other into strips. Chop the garlic and half of the herbs.
  • Mix the minced meat with the finely diced onion, the chopped garlic, the chopped herbs, mix, salt and pepper. Form small balls from it.
  • Slowly heat the tajine on a medium level, add olive oil and briefly steam the onion strips.
  • Add the tomato paste and sweat it briefly.
  • Now deglaze with the canned tomatoes and season with salt, pepper.
  • Put the meatballs in the tomato sauce, put on the lid and let everything simmer slightly over a low to medium heat for about 30 minutes.
  • After about 25 minutes, hit the eggs into the sauce. Let them stall without stirring them.
  • Take the tajine off the stove, sprinkle everything with the remaining chopped herbs and serve the dish hot with bread, couscous or rice.
